The Anchor + Plow Project is a unique off-site experience that brings your team closer together in an immersive journey through different neighborhoods in San Francisco.
Your team will wander through the city, collecting clues, examining history, and exploring the social and political narratives where they live and work. The journey is designed to encourage mindfulness, civic responsibility, and the importance of playing a constructive role in the city’s ever-changing landscape.
The Anchor + Plow Project is a labor of love designed by a handful of local leaders from tech, non-profit, and creative sectors who joined forces to try and connect communities in San Francisco during this time of transformation.
We want to inspire companies to raise their employees to be exceptional neighbors who not only give back, but are committed wholeheartedly in making the city better for all.
